Position: Wire Bonder Technician

Location: Steinhausen, Zug

Start: Upon agreement

Your Responsibilities:

• Conducting quality controls
• Analyzing errors and developing solutions
• Maintaining and servicing the equipment
• Supporting and assisting our customers

Your Profile:

• Completed technical training, ideally in the fields of electronics, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering
• Practical experience with wire bonding machines or in a comparable role in the semiconductor or electronics industry
• Previous experience in production, assembly, or quality assurance is advantageous
• Familiarity with various wire bonding techniques
• Analytical skills for error diagnosis and problem-solving
• Good IT skills
• Proficient English skills, both written and spoken
